Benefits

A new sport, suitable even for people who consider themselves “non-sporty”. Gentle exercise at a time of year when we are inclined to be less active. A new social experience.


When we play

This coming season we will play from 16th September to mid-April on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 1.45 to 4.30pm.


No previous experience

This is not a problem. Basic skills are easily picked up. You will be playing in teams and experienced members will guide you.
